Peter Vittas, an experienced trust and estate administration attorney, has agreed to provide an introduction and brief overview of wills and trusts in our August meeting. He has also scheduled a more comprehensive information and question answering presentation during a Wills and Trusts Workshop. on Wednesday, August 18th, from 7 PM to 8:30 PM.
Peter is an experienced litigator who specializes in probate, trust, and estate litigation. Peter handles all kinds of trust and estate cases including trustee breach of fiduciary duty, mismanagement/misappropriation of assets, accountings, trust challenges and contests, undue influence, elder abuse, fraud, beneficiary contests, litigation among beneficiaries and trustees, and probates.
His expertise and experience will be available to help us understand the importance of having a will and/or trust in our August meeting. He is generously offering to answer our questions about the law concerning estate planning in the workshop the following Wednesday.
